Vermiculite board is a new type of fireproof insulation material made primarily from expanded vermiculite and inorganic binders. It withstands temperatures up to 1100-1150℃, is non-toxic and smoke-free, contains no asbestos, and can be easily sawn, nailed, drilled, and planed for convenient installation. It is widely used in fire door cores, fireplace linings, kiln insulation, and steel beam fire protection cladding.
